This is a straight forward easy game that can also be used as an icebreaker. Have students pair up in groups of two. Pairs stand facing each other close up. You can suggest a distance such as no less than 12″ but not touching. They must stare at each other face to face. Play corny music or tell jokes while they play. Anyone who laughs or looks away is out. Play each round for thirty seconds to speed the game along. If a pair went the full round without laughing or looking away then make them find a new partner at the next round. Non-winners have a seat and winners find a new partner until there is a last couple. Have that winner face off with a leader or just reward them if you need to move on in programming.
