Guy Johnson of Fuse Students submitted this great idea for a photo booth. Chances are that you have someone with a great camera and a leaf blower. If you want to see the full results you can visit the Facebook Fanpage Photo Album. Here is the how to straight from Guy’s keyboard.

This isn’t as much of a game as it is a fun element for your upcoming event.

You’ll need: DSLR Camera, studio lights, a backdrop, a leaf blower, and extension cords.

During our Block Party event in September, we set up an area for our leaf blower photo booth. Basically all of the kids would walk into the photo booth one at a time, and we would hold the leaf blower right up to their face (just out of the shot). The faces they would end up making were hilarious. You want to use a high quality camera and have a person who knows what their doing with it. We posted the pictures on our facebook and our overal reach shot through the roof, because kids were sharing the pictures and making them their profiles. We also made a slideshow with them for walk-in, which our kids loved. Great idea that costs little money (or none if you have a photographer for one of your volunteers).

We just did a photo booth last Sunday at youth group and I could have used this idea then, but we still had a good time. I will save this idea for next time. :)
