Here’s an app that is a little interesting. I’m Ok rewards kids for checking in with mom and dad while they are out and about. The parents determine the point value for types of check ins and sets rewards they can gain by letting mom and dad know where they are at. What do you think of this? Is this a beneficial fun tool? Maybe it could be a ton of fun for families to use with their kids as they grow older or a possible nightmare. If you would have given me this in junior high I would have checked in multiple times in a relentless pursuit of free stuff. I wonder if there is a daily check in limit because I know some pretty smart kids out there. This could be something to give a pre-teen when they get their first phone as a way of teaching responsibility and consequences. Watch the video. h/t Springwise.
