Buz Hollingsworth submitted this game via our Share Your Stash link. This game is called Bum Bum Scoot. Here are the instructions straight from Buz.

Have everyone grab a chair and sit in a circle. Take one volunteer and have them stand in the middle of the circle while leaving their now empty chair still in the circle. The person to the left of the open chair will move onto the open chair and leave their chair open. The next person slides onto the newly empty chair and the cycle continues. The person in the middle tries to sit on the empty chair before the next person can slide onto it. After students get the hang of it, add more people to the middle and leave their chairs open. We’ve had as many as 5 people in the middle with them fighting over 5 empty chairs in the ever moving circle!

This is one of my all-time favorites for middle school students– no set up, high energy/contact and fun! We call it Shuffle your Buns. Be careful though! I’ve seen toenails ripped off and have gotten the worst rug burns of life playing this!

We used this one last week. SO MUCH FUN. Definitely expect a full-contact game!

Broke 5 chairs playing this Sunday. We cheerfully replaced them and my Sr. Pastor told me i probably wasn’t playing hard enough we only broke 5. He then asked me to play this game only on occasion!
