This game was picked up and added to the Stash from Younglife. At their summer camp programming for Camp Buckner they asked students to come forward who thought they were awesome gift wrappers. They split eight students into two groups and explained to them that they would compete against the other team in gift wrapping. They brought out two boxes and set them in front of the students. The catch was that they had to wrap whatever was in the box. They revealed two live chickens to every one’s surprise then told the students, “but first you have to catch them!” They threw them out into the audience and the kids went after the chickens. The gift wrapping was a joke and pretty much just covered the chickens but as you can imagine it was quite a moment and a great program element. We did this at our program in Austin. I created the graphic for the moment. The students loved it!
