Mark Cox leads youth at Indian Springs Baptist Church in Arkansas. Mark sent in this countdown he made for a series his group is doing on money.

“This was a pretty cheap project.  All it took to make this was some construction paper, a couple pennies, a lot of one dollar bills, and a couple other higher bills, and a tripod.  The only expensive part of this project was the camera we used to shoot.  It’s a Canon Rebel Ti1.  You can really use any camera you want to use to create something like this, but the main thing is that you have a tripod to keep the camera in the same spot when you move the numbers.

It took my a solid 6 hours to cut all the numbers, and take the pictures, and edit the video down.”

This is a great reminder that with a little bit of time and creativity you can build a great piece for your students.
