You have to be focused on what your purpose is. Knowing the one thing that you are made for will give you tremendous freedom and discernment with seeing your team move in their own individual ways. Because you have said yes to the “one thing” you will be able to say no to the “many other things” for the benefit of everyone including yourself. This is a distinguishing factor in an aimless leader with good people and an accomplished leader with even greater people. There is one question to ask yourself and your team if you want to change the way you lead.
